92 year old receives his 4th degree

On August 15, 2009, Wilson Green of Plant City, Florida made his fourth Degree. By special audience, our Worthy State Master Gary McLain came and bestowed the honors upon the 92 year old at Community Convalescent Home. Present with the Master was Sir Knight Andrew Bryant PGK, FDD; Sir Knight Tom Gibbons PGK, PFN, FDD; Sir Knight Tim Manning PGK, PFN, FDD, Sir Knight Tom Cowan, Sir Knight Herman Kirchner and families. The new sir knight wanted to become official for a very long time, but despite of fears, age and illnesses he elected not until just recently.
Green, a convert to the faith joined as a charter member of the Saint Clement Council 8095 in Plant City. He was the warden of the council for 17 years until his health was beginning to fail. He has been married to his wife, Rita for over 60 years and have a son.
